Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator Pune Contract Hybrid --- About the Role The Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator will be responsible for designing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Cloud security configurations, performing routine audits, and remediating issues. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure alignment with best practices and company policies. Success in this role means ensuring the security and integrity of Oracle Fusion Cloud systems. --- Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day Oracle Fusion Cloud security tasks in ERP and HCM. - Design and implement security configurations to align with best practices and company policies. - Identify and remediate application security risks. - Create and maintain security roles, such as job roles, duty roles, and data roles. - Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained. - Conduct thorough and relevant security testing and documentation. - Collaborate with Internal Audit to align with SOD best practices. - Design and create robust reporting for internal and external audits. - Validate the completeness and accuracy of all security documentation. - Provide status updates and discuss security design and monitoring with the IT Director. - Execute security tasks in support of the overall application strategy. - Offer general guidance on security solutions. --- Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology or a related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience designing and implementing security with enterprise-level ERP systems, such as Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM or PeopleSoft. - Functional knowledge of typical ERP modules, including HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and GL. - Strong technical and analytical skills. - Effective communication skills to explain concepts and solutions. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to functional and technical stakeholders. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. --- Good to Have - Highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who can assess challenges and define appropriate solutions. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on specific deliverables. - Ability to work collaboratively while leading a team. - Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, time/resource-constrained environment. --- What We Offer No information available.
