Salesforce QA Pan India Contract Remote --- About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA to test Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in testing Salesforce solutions and a good understanding of integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to identify and report defects, regression issues, and data inconsistencies. --- Key Responsibilities - Test complex UI workflows and persona-based user experiences across different roles - Validate Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints - Test data model extensions and check for regression impact on existing functionality - Create and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT support materials - Validate custom screens and components against functional and UX requirements - Identify functional defects, regression issues, and data inconsistencies - Support UAT coordination, defect triage, and release - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and SMEs to ensure high-quality deliverables - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective testing - Execute testing of Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based functionality --- Requirements - Have 4-6 years of experience in testing Salesforce solutions - Possess strong hands-on experience testing Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex-based functionality - Have experience validating Salesforce Flow, permissions, sharing models, and managed package constraints - Be familiar with Certinia PSA and Salesforce customisations - Have experience testing data model extensions and checking for regression impact on existing functionality - Have a good understanding of integrations, data mapping, and system touchpoints - Have experience working in enterprise environments with structured governance and release management - Possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and SMEs --- Good to Have - None --- What We Offer - None Salesforce QA Pan India Contract Remote --- About the Role We are seeking a skilled Salesforce QA to test Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
