About the role
Key Responsibilities Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle. Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, integrations, and custom development. Collaborate with business users, customer teams, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture reviews with clients. Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Required Technical Expertise (Hands-on) Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Heroku Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and third-party integrations) Good to Have Salesforce Loyalty Cloud AWS Tableau Preferred Industry Experience Manufacturing Required Skills Strong expertise in Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise integration patterns. Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work directly from the customer location in Kolkata. Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA-related certifications) will be an added advantage.
