About the role
Key Responsibilities - Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. - Lead solution architecture discussions and provide technical consulting throughout the project lifecycle. - Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs. - Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, integrations, and custom development. - Collaborate with business users, customer teams, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Conduct technical workshops, solution presentations, and architecture reviews with clients. - Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards. Required Technical Expertise (Hands-on) - Salesforce Sales Cloud - Salesforce Service Cloud - Heroku - Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Middleware, and third-party integrations) Good to Have - Salesforce Loyalty Cloud - AWS - Tableau Preferred Industry Experience - Manufacturing Required Skills - Strong expertise in Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise integration patterns. - Excellent client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work directly from the customer location in Kolkata. - Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA-related certifications) will be an added advantage.
