Employment Type: Full Time Workplace Options: Work From Office Opening Summary We are hiring a Python Backend Developer who can design and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices that power business-critical applications. The ideal candidate has strong command over Python frameworks, database interactions, and cloud-native development principles. Requirements Strong hands-on Python backend development experience in production environments Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask for API-driven development Strong understanding of relational or NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks Experience integrating APIs, authentication, and event-driven messaging systems Familiarity with Docker and Git-based CI/CD pipelines Clear understanding of security best practices for backend applications Ability to debug and optimize performance across services and databases Strong understanding of Agile workflows and engineering best practices Responsibilities Design and develop backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Python. Build scalable, secure, and modular microservices and event-driven components. Integrate with internal and third-party APIs, authentication services, and messaging systems. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to implement efficient, reliable persistence layers. Optimize application performance, security, caching, logging, and error handling. Write automated unit and integration tests to ensure reliable deployments. Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout SDLC. Support deployments through CI/CD workflows and containerized environments. Troubleshoot production issues with structured root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
