Ensures scalability, reliability, and high development standards across the engineering team. Requirements Strong architectural thinking and system design capability Hands-on coding experience in Go or Python Deep knowledge of SQL and cloud data warehouses Experience implementing scalable integration or data platforms Ability to guide and mentor technical teams Strong communication and documentation skills Responsibilities Define system architecture and technical roadmap Design canonical data models and metadata storage approach Review code and enforce good engineering practices Collaborate with product and client stakeholders Lead debugging, performance optimization, and scalability improvements Guide engineers and support implementation decisions Preferred Qualification Experience with ERP or supply chain data ecosystems Prior experience building data ingestion or ETL frameworks Notes This is the anchor role shaping the foundation and long-term maintainability of the product
