The ideal candidate should have exposure to AI/GenAI solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and business process optimization. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.\n- Create user stories, process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications.\n- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams.\n- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activities.\n- Support Salesforce implementations and enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.\n- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to improve business processes. \n\nRequired Skills\n\n- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience.\n- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Figma.\n- Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Reports Dashboards, and Flow Automation.\n- Knowledge of Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Einstein AI, ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, and AI-driven business process automation.\n- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification.\n- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.\n- Exposure to Veeva CRM/Vault and AI-powered business transformation initiatives. \n\nDisclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
