IT Business Analyst - Logistics & DTC Operations

As an IT Business Analyst for the Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations, your role will involve overseeing successful business analysis work. You should have a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS) implementations, with a preference for experience in Blue Yonder (BY) WMS and IBM Distributed Order Management (DOM) platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead business analysis work for logistics and DTC operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements - Create functional and technical user stories and interface mapping - Author detailed acceptance criteria related to user stories - Implement and support WMS and OMS solutions in complex environments - Understand warehouse operations, DTC fulfillment, and global logistics processes - Work with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS, IBM DOM, and Oracle ERP systems Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of IT Business Analyst or IT Product Owner experience, with at least 3 years in logistics or supply chain technology roles - 3+ years of experience in Agile SAFe delivery methodology with JIRA - Agile SAFe Product Owner and/or Product Manager certification (preferred) - Proven experience in creating functional and technical user stories - Proven experience in authoring detailed acceptance criteria for user stories - Experience in implementing and supporting WMS and OMS solutions - Solid understanding of warehouse operations, DTC fulfillment, and global logistics processes - Experience working with Blue Yonder (BY) WMS, IBM DOM (preferred), and Oracle ERP (preferred) As an IT Business Analyst for the Logistics and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations, your role will involve overseeing successful business analysis work.
