Salesforce Automation QA Engineer (Copado Robotic Testing - CRT) Job Type: Contract (C2C) Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Work Schedule: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA Engineer with strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, automation framework development, and delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) and Selenium. Perform end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing. Validate Salesforce releases and ensure application quality across multiple environments. Identify, document, track, and resolve defects in collaboration with developers and business stakeholders. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous testing and quality improvements. Ensure test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall application reliability. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation. Strong hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications. Strong expertise in Selenium Automation. Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, release management, and QA best practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or other test management and defect tracking tools. Salesforce certifications are a plus.
