Senior UX Designer

Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Senior Experience Designer (XD) with 5+ years of expertise in user experience design. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful digital products and services. This role involves driving design strategy, conducting user research, and contributing to end-to-end experience design while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders. Job Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design Strong expertise in experience design with specialization in areas such as user research, service design, product design, interface design, or visual design Hands-on experience with research methods like contextual inquiry, interviews, experiments, and user testing Ability to present research insights and storytelling effectively to stakeholders Experience in facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design strategy discussions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative environments Experience in Enterprise/SaaS, web, and mobile product design Passion for mentoring junior designers and contributing to the design community Portfolio showcasing relevant digital product design work Job Responsibilities Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of digital products and technology-driven projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create design deliverables such as journey maps, service blueprints, prototypes, and design systems Conduct user research and apply insights to improve product experiences Facilitate workshops and help define product and design strategies Communicate design concepts, scope, risks, and updates to stakeholders effectively Ensure alignment between client expectations and design outcomes Support and mentor junior designers within the team Advocate for best practices in experience design within the organization and external communities Participate in industry events such as conferences, webinars, and meetups Benefits Innovative Engineering: Collaborative, fail-fast, flat hierarchy.
