Job Summary We are looking for 1-3 years of a skilled developer having strong expertise in Ruby on Rails. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that enhance user experience and functionality. Job Requirements Excellent communication and articulation skills. Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and GoLang (good to have). Willingness to learn and work with Java + Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing. Strong expertise in relational databases (Postgres preferred). Practical exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS). Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions). Proactive mindset, with a sense of accountability and ownership. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Ruby on Rails. Write clean, efficient, and testable code with a strong focus on unit and integration testing. Work with relational databases (Postgres preferred), ensuring scalability and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions with clear articulation and communication. Deploy, monitor, and manage applications on AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SQS. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline and GitHub Actions. Take ownership of assigned projects, driving them to completion with accountability and attention to detail. Learn and contribute to projects in Java + Spring Boot as and when needed. Continuously improve software development practices, tools, and processes.
