Tek Leaders Inc. is hiring Gen AI + Python Engineers for a high-impact enterprise AI project. This role focuses on building next-gen applications that integrate Generative AI models with developer environments and enterprise systems using Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

Build GenAI-powered solutions that generate custom code/suggestions from text, documents, or image inputs

Implement and manage GenAI MCP (Model Control Plane) server components

Integrate GenAI features directly into IDEs like VSCode and PyCharm

Develop, deploy, and scale solutions on Azure cloud services

Collaborate with AI and backend teams for full-cycle deployment of intelligent tools

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with NLP-driven code generation and context-aware suggestions

Deep understanding of GenAI MCP server setup and usage

IDE integration experience (VSCode, PyCharm)

Azure Cloud services and deployment expertise

Strong backend skills using Python

Good-to-Have:

Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI pipelines

Exposure to LLM prompt engineering and model fine-tuning

Familiarity with hybrid cloud deployment strategies
