Responsibilities

Technical Layout: Design water-based fire protection systems using industry-standard software.

Hydraulic Analysis: Perform calculations and coordinate pipe sizing with accuracy.

Plan Review: Analyze architectural and structural drawings to ensure conflict-free installations.

On-Site Strategy: Work alongside project managers and field crews to solve site-specific challenges.

Submittal Management: Prepare documentation packages for AHJ review and approval.

Bilingual Communication: Effectively bridge the gap between English and Spanish-speaking teams.
Requirements

Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on fire sprinkler layout/design experience.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Revit and AutoSprink is highly preferred.

Language: English

Soft Skills: Self-driven, problem-solver, and a collaborative mindset.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Fire Protection Engineering is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications

NICET Level I, II, or III certification in Water-Based Systems Layout.

Experience with BIM coordination.
