Senior Project Manager Civil

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Project Manager (Civil) based in Tampa, FL. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage civil engineering and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, overseeing infrastructure development, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project guidelines. The role requires strong leadership skills, as the Senior Project Manager will supervise project teams and optimize project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for construction projects

• Extensive knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and practices

• Experience in Infrastructure and large-scale construction planning and development

• Strong skills in Project Management and Construction Management

• Strong background and experience with Progressive Design Build or CM@Risk Projects

• Proven leadership and organizational skills

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Professional certifications such as PMP or PE are a plus

• Familiarity with industry software and tools is preferred
