About the role
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
· PE license required (Florida PE preferred).
· 10+ years of structural design and project management experience.
· Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design for both new construction and renovations.
· Proficiency with structural analysis software (RAM, CSI, etc.); Revit experience a plus.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in growing client relationships in Florida.
