You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of complex batch processing systems and integrated workflows. Your work directly impacts the reliability of business operations, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and service level agreements are consistently met for our global clientele.Resolve production incidents and performance bottlenecks by performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring technical issues.- Collaborate with application development teams to deploy, test, and transition new job workflows into the production environment.- Maintain system documentation and operational runbooks to standardize support procedures and improve team efficiency.- Optimize scheduling configurations to enhance system throughput and resource utilization during peak processing windows.- Proven ability to perform deep-dive troubleshooting within production environments, including log analysis and system monitoring.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment across Bangalore and Hyderabad, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.- Possession of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in production support or systems administration roles.- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
