IT Support Shift Analyst

You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshooting. Additionally, you will guide customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to optimize service functionality. You will interact with customers over the phone to provide status updates and ensure that services have been restored. When necessary, you will escalate relevant technical issues to upper-level technical support. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) - Fresh graduates can apply for the role - Experience working in an International Telecom brand on a voice process is preferred - Graduation is not a mandatory requirement - Fresh graduates with a degree in B.Tech/BE, BCA, or MCA are eligible to apply Additional Company Details: The company offers Medicare facilities, both side cab facilities, medical insurance, and life insurance.
