Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain No SQL, MongoDB databases across different environments. - Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply patches and versions as needed. - Ensure high availability and disaster recovery through replication, sharding, and backup strategies. - Design and implement data modeling, indexing, and query optimization for performance tuning. - Collaborate with application developers to optimize data operations and troubleshoot issues. - Maintain documentation related to database configuration, procedures, and processes. - Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications: - B.Tech./M.Tech. or B.C.A./M.C.A. degree. - Proven experience as a MongoDB/NoSQL Database Administrator for 8+ years. - Solid understanding of MongoDB architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning. - Experience with MongoDB Atlas, on-premises installations, Linux/Unix system administration, and scripting languages. - Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and backup/recovery practices. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
