Sr. Network Analyst

As an IP Network Assurance Team Member at TELUS Digital, your role involves performing detailed trouble analysis, conducting break-fix activities, and implementing preventive maintenance routines on IP network elements to ensure network reliability. You will also be responsible for implementing service and network element changes as directed and working closely with vendors for issue resolution. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing detailed trouble analysis for IP network elements using logs, alarms, and operational metrics - Conducting break-fix activities for network failures due to hardware, software, and firmware upgrades - Implementing preventive maintenance routines on IP network elements - Working with vendors to resolve network issues efficiently - Coordinating with on-site technicians for hands-on support - Maintaining accurate documentation of maintenance routines and incidents - Providing regular updates on issue progress and resolutions Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field - Industry Certifications such as Juniper Networks Certified Associate/Professional, Nokia Certification, Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional, CompTIA Network+, and ITIL Foundation certification (optional) - Strong technical skills in IP network protocols, LAN, MAN, and WAN environments - Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving network issues - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Additionally, TELUS Digital is a customer experience transformation partner known for delivering differentiated customer journeys and scalable AI solutions.
