About the role
Job Skills: Backend Development: Core PHP, CodeIgniter Node.js with Express.js Frontend Knowledge (Good to Have): HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vue.js/React) CMS: WordPress (custom themes, plugin development) Strapi (headless CMS integration and extension) Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL MongoDB (optional) Job Technologies: 7+ years of full-stack development experience. 2+ years of experience in software/system architecture is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience in microservices and serverless architecture. Responsibilities: Design scalable and secure software architectures for web and enterprise applications. Actively participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, and unit testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product. Maintain coding standards, architectural guidelines, and documentation. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Lead and mentor a team of developers and guide technical decisions. Oversee CMS customizations and integrations (WordPress, Strapi). Integrate and customize Salesforce applications as per business needs. .
