ServiceNow Lead Developer - GRC

Hello All, Greetings from Tesslogs, We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer GRC/IRM to lead the technical development and implementation of ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC/IRM) solutions. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on development, mentor developers, support solution architects, and ensure high-quality technical delivery across multiple GRC/IRM modules. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications. Develop and configure workflows, forms, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and Data Models. Build scalable and reusable solutions using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow best practices. Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with Solution Architects to implement technical designs accurately. Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices. Mentor and guide development team members throughout project delivery. Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, and task allocation within Agile/Scrum teams. Translate functional requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders. Support Integration Testing (ITT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production deployments. Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, release notes, and deployment guides. Develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to support governance and compliance reporting. Work closely with Platform Administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and performance. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience. 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. 4+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions. Exposure to ServiceNow SecOps modules. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance.
