Graduate Engineer Trainee

You will assist in the design, analysis, and testing of engineering systems and components under supervision. You will participate in technical documentation, including schematics, reports, and project logs. Support field testing, data collection, and performance evaluation of engineering prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions. Contribute to process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Attend training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to build technical and soft skills. Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and industry regulations in all engineering activities. Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and reporting. Qualifications required: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering (or related field) from a recognized university. - Strong academic record with a minimum of 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA. - Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar software. - Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawing, and problem-solving methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude. - Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team-oriented environment. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with attention to detail.
