As an experienced Test Automation Architect with 13 years of experience, your role will involve leading automation assessment, strategy, framework design, and implementation for a large-scale enterprise digital transformation program. You should be a strong automation leader with deep hands-on technical expertise. Your responsibilities will include assessing existing applications and technology landscapes, recommending suitable open-source automation solutions, defining enterprise automation strategies, and actively contributing to framework development and coding. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 12 years of overall experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering. - Demonstrate 8 years of experience in Test Automation Architecture and Framework Design. - Have mandatory experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. - Showcase a robust understanding of Insurance business processes including Policy Administration, Rating, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, and Producer/Agency Management. - Exhibit proven experience in defining automation strategies for Insurance applications and digital platforms. - Showcase experience in assessing enterprise applications and recommending automation solutions. - Demonstrate strong experience in leading automation transformation initiatives across large-scale programs.
