Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Playwright Automation Testers for our upcoming future projects. This is a contractual opportunity for professionals who have strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Playwright and are capable of delivering high-quality testing solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright (mandatory)
Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements
Identify, report, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle
Ensure test coverage and maintain test documentation
Participate in test planning, estimation, and execution activities
Continuously improve automation frameworks and testing processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–8 years of experience in software testing with strong focus on automation
Hands-on experience in Playwright is mandatory
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript (preferred)
Experience in API testing and validation
Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies
Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Exposure to performance or security testing is an added advantage
