Functional Product Analyst

Role Overview: As a Functional Product Analyst (Treasury), you will analyze business processes, interpret stakeholder requirements, and support enhancements to the T24 Treasury system. You will work closely with finance, risk, and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and contribute to successful delivery across development, testing, and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement. - Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the T24 Treasury system. - Collaborate with development teams on the implementation of current features and functionalities. - Support user acceptance testing and assist during implementation activities. - Monitor and report on project progress, highlight risks or issues, and recommend solutions. - Provide training and support to end users of the T24 Treasury system. - Continuously review the T24 Treasury system to identify optimization opportunities. - Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices related to T24 Treasury processes. Qualifications Required: - At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services. - Hold a bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. - Robust understanding of T24 Treasury system functionality and processes. - Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements and converting them into functional or technical specifications. - Knowledge of SQL and database management is an advantage. - T24 certification is highly desirable. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
