Head Product Management

As an API Security Product Manager at Thales, your role involves defining and leading the implementation of Product Line strategy and competitiveness action plans. You will drive the analysis of worldwide market trends, market/customer needs, segmentation, and competitions relevant to the product line in collaboration with Competitive & Marketing Intelligence and Segment Marketing. Your responsibilities also include defining the Product Line's robust value proposition, competitive positioning, and differentiation with Marketing and Business Intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Define and lead implementation of Product Line strategy and competitiveness action plans. - Analyze worldwide market trends, market/customer needs, segmentation, and competitions. - Define Product Line value proposition, competitive positioning, and differentiation. - Prepare and present Product Plans for Product Life Cycle Decision Reviews. - Lead implementation of Product Policy decisions and resulting action plan. - Work closely with PLA and PM in charge of Product development. - Participate in development progress meetings and certify the Product acceptance. - Control and monitor Product Line and Product competitiveness, Business Plan, and roadmap. - Ensure consistency between product naming & Brand architecture. - Define winning product action plan and pilot Marketing & Sales Kit delivery. - Participate in Bid gate preparation and provide support during pre-sales and Bid activities. - Ensure consistency of Product Policy with customer expectations and satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Marketing B to B experience/skills, especially in terms of offer development. - Strong understanding of Financial, technical, and/or systems engineering.
