BIM Engineer - HVAC Vacancy BIM Engineer - HVAC Position : BIM Engineer - HVAC Location : Gurugram, Chennai Qualification Required : B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience Required : 3+ Years Responsibilities: Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment. Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model. Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation. Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to HVAC elements. Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation. Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to HVAC systems. Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices. Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable. Skills Required : Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in HVAC system modeling and detailing. Strong understanding of HVAC engineering principles and design standards. Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the HVAC discipline. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
