Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing mechanical systems using Ansys Simulation tools to deliver high-quality solutions for clients across various industries. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing technical reports, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Additionally, you will stay updated with advancements in simulation tools and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and analyze mechanical system designs using Ansys Simulation tools. - Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to evaluate product performance. - Optimize designs to enhance functionality, efficiency, and durability while minimizing costs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals. - Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation to present findings and recommendations. - Support prototype development and testing by interpreting simulation results and making necessary adjustments. - Stay up-to-date with advancements in simulation tools, engineering standards, and industry trends. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Proficiency in Ansys Simulation (including modules like Ansys Mechanical, Fluent, or Workbench). - Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). - Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD. - Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Basic knowledge of material science and structural mechanics is an advantage.
