We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Flight Test Conductor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Edwards Air Force Base, CA details of the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay: $82.49/hr 12 Month Assignment Possibility of Extension or Conversion based on performance and budget Mon – Fri 7:30AM-4PM The position will be responsible for lead test conduct through coordination of flight test operations with the various functions and support groups in the organization (Flight Operations, Flight Test Operations, Instrumentation & Data Systems, Test Software and Telemetry, System Design and Development, System Design, Installation Design, and Operations, Fabrication and Assembly) Support the development and verification of test methods. Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan Perform detailed planning and execution of aircraft ground and flight test Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality, and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer Prepares and publishes reports to document test results and satisfy requirements Prepares test results internally Achieves data and reports Trains/guides junior test conductors with their career development in flight test.
