Actuarial Analyst – Pricing and Rate Filings Remote, AZ Apply Now Back to Search The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Associate for a prominent client of ours. These positions are in Arizona (REMOTE). Details for the position are as follows: Actuarial Analyst & Associate Direct Hire | $95,000–$140,000/year (DOE) | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM Analyst Key Responsibilities: Conduct advanced analytics to support product pricing and benefit design strategies. Develop models and tools to ensure alignment with organizational profitability and performance goals. Translate complex data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (required). 2+ years of actuarial experience or equivalent relevant experience at grade level 28 or higher (required). Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (required). Healthcare industry experience (preferred). Associate Required Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in an actuarial field Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field Licenses & Certifications: None required Preferred Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in a healthcare organization or health insurance environment 5+ years in actuarial or healthcare economics Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field Certifications: ASA (Associate of the Society of Actuaries) MAAA (Member of the American Academy of Actuaries) Essential Job Functions Work independently under minimal supervision; report to a director or manager Lead complex projects from planning through implementation Collaborate cross-functionally to provide actionable actuarial recommendations Present technical concepts and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Mentor and train junior analysts Incorporate strategic and long-term planning into actuarial analyses These are fully remote opportunities and offer competitive compensation and the chance to work with a prominent industry leader.
