This position is located in ­­ St. Lucie County, FL / Tampa, FL / Indian River County, FL . Details for the position are as follows: Title: Plans Reviewer Multiple Location: St. Lucie County, FL / Tampa, FL / Indian River County, FL Duration: 6+ months (Contract to hire) Hourly Rate on W2: $45 Job Description: For plans review, the client will assign plans to review for a time period consistent with an eight-hour day. The employee will utilize the Florida Building Code to complete plans review and provide a professional opinion to the client as to whether the plans conform, or do not conform, to the Florida building code. The employee will provide results to the client in accordance with the client's requirements. Plan reviews may extend as required by client to complete the review. An engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator’s license is required. Which licensures are required? Building Code Plans Examiner/ Inspector, Architect, or Engineer Are there any specific qualifications outside of "plans reviewing” we should be targeting? No What % of the role is traveling to sites? Plans Examiner is 10 percent travel.
