Plans Reviewer Clearwater, FL Apply Now Back to Search We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Plans Reviewer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Clearwater, FL. Details of the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay is $39-42/hr to start! 1- year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget. Monday – Friday (100% Onsite ) This position is responsible for assigning plans to review for a time period consistent with an eight-hour day. Utilize the Florida Building Code to complete plans review and provide a professional opinion to the client as to whether the plans conform, or do not conform, to the Florida building code. Provide results to the client in accordance with the client's requirements. Qualifications: HS Diploma/ GED is Required. An engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator’s license is required.
