About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Python and React to join our team. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to design and develop scalable web applications, ensuring optimal performance and a seamless user experience. You will play a crucial role in driving database architecture initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop end-to-end scalable web applications using Python backend frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI) integrated with React frontend. Lead database architecture initiatives, including schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization for high-volume applications using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases. Implement and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database indexing strategies. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture with a strong focus on data consistency and integration. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust technical solutions. Conduct comprehensive debugging and troubleshooting across multiple application layers. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying current with emerging technologies such as cloud platforms and Generative AI. Requirements: 6 to 9 years of experience in full stack development. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong expertise in Python and related backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database design. Basic to intermediate experience in frontend technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Strong SQL and database fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SAP HANA. Experience with Azure Databricks, Generative AI, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Location: Bangalore, India
