Description : Senior Data : 5 to 8 : Mohali Immediate Joiner Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist who can lead advanced AI and Machine Learning initiatives and contribute to the organizations product innovation strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in predictive analytics, NLP, large-scale data processing, and model optimization along with leadership capabilities to mentor teams and drive technical Responsibilities : Lead the design and development of advanced Machine Learning and AI solutions Develop scalable predictive analytics and anomaly detection systems Handle structured and unstructured data for complex business use cases Drive NLP initiatives and intelligent automation solutions Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment processes Work with large datasets and distributed data systems Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions Create data-driven strategies and contribute to product architecture decisions Mentor junior data scientists and guide the team on best practices Build data pipelines and scalable analytical frameworks Ensure high-quality coding standards, documentation, and deployment processes Conduct statistical analysis and interpret complex data trends for business growth Research and implement emerging technologies in AI, ML, and Data Skills : Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and NLP Advanced knowledge of predictive analytics, deep learning, and statistical modeling Strong programming experience in Python or R Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and libraries Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and large-scale data processing systems Knowledge of cloud platforms and scalable architectures is an added advantage Experience in model deployment and production-level optimization Expertise in data visualization and reporting tools Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work in high-pressure : Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (ref:hirist.tech)
