Role Overview: You will oversee continuous improvement on data design and governance, acting as the recognized expert for data model, data processes, value sets, compliance, and standardization requirements in your area of responsibility. Your role will involve connecting with Domain Leads and Business Process Owners to design and maintain scalable, consistent, and simplified data models. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT to ensure execution and with the business to observe standardization and compliance controls. Your work will directly contribute to securing end-to-end data integrity across processes and the IT landscape through adequate data and process standardization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the mapping of existing roles of MDM with various partners post the demerger of TMICC from Unilever - Ensure understanding of the needs of the NEW MDG tool and new processes being built - Participate in data cleaning and data migration activities - Secure approvals and change control process on data models and master data management processes - Support maintaining the Data Landscape target information models, regulatory and standardization controls, data quality, and end-to-end consistency - Support business transformation in data migration preparation and execution - Create and maintain data quality rules/checks, and support data defect resolution - Support the definition of the master data domain roadmap, requirements, design, and governance - Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities for standardization design and adherence - Freeze scope for data migration with the business, design and validate value mapping, and create data cleansing rules - Execute data cleansing based on rules by Domain Leads and engage with business and BPEs - Act as defect log first reviewer and confirm allocation of defects to relevant owners - Establish and support scale the MDM team, develop data models, and lead MDM improvement initiatives - Lead the transition of Product or Material domain to SAP MDG, perform due diligence, risk analysis, and knowledge transfer planning - Drive stakeholder management across global business leaders, GBS leadership, service line heads, and transformation teams Qualifications Required: - Master's degree and 12+ years of working experience in the Customer/Vendor/Material/Product data domain in various MDM applications - Proven expertise in implementing SAP MDG, preferably greenfield - Solid experience in business and operational experience with idea to market and market-to-order processes - Effective presentation and communication skills to senior stakeholders - Good analytical skills and experience in data profiling and analysis - Hands-on experience with SAP MDG and advanced excel capability - Certified consultant in domain-specific CPQ and/or SAP modules is a plus - Experience with (safe) agile ways of working, dev ops is a plus - Bachelor's in B.Tech required, master's preferred Additional Details: The Magnum Ice Cream Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer that embraces diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all individuals to do their best work, regardless of age, disability, gender identity, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
