QA Automation Lead

You will be joining a fast-scaling tech firm in the Enterprise Software & Digital Transformation space. Your role as a QA Automation Lead will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for web and API testing. You will lead a team of QA automation engineers, set KPIs, review test scripts, and drive continuous improvement in test coverage and execution efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) to enable shift-left testing and rapid feedback loops. Collaboration with Dev and Product teams to define testable acceptance criteria, automate regression suites, and reduce production defects by 40%+ will be crucial.
