Senior Web UX/UI Designer

As a Senior Web UX/UI Designer with a leading US-based advertising agency, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and high-impact digital experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end UX/UI design for websites, landing pages, and web applications - Transforming business goals and user insights into seamless digital experiences - Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis - Creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs - Building and maintaining design systems, UI libraries, and brand guidelines - Ensuring responsive and conversion-focused designs across devices - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing) - Driving usability improvements and optimizing user journeys - Reviewing design implementation for quality and consistency - Staying updated with UX trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator - Strong UX thinking: research, IA, interaction design, user behavior - Hands-on experience with responsive web and conversion design - Solid visual design skills: typography, layout, branding - Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints - Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar - Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills It would be good to have: - Degree in Design / HCI / Product Design or related field - Experience with SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, or enterprise platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor team members If this opportunity excites you, kindly share your updated resume on vrushali@thepremierconsultants.com.
