Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Customize forms, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and Service Catalog Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Develop custom widgets/pages using Service Portal/UI Builder Create reports, dashboards, and automation workflows Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance platform performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies Required Skills 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience with Custom application development atleast 3+ Years(Must) Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs & UI Actions Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog & Custom Applications Knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, REST/SOAP Integrations Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder Understanding of update sets, deployments, source control, and Agile development Preferred ServiceNow CSA/CAD Certification Experience with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM Knowledge of ATF, SecOps, or GRC is an added advantage Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
