Location: Sirhind Industry: Manufacturing | Cattle Feed | Process Industry Qualifications: MBA/PGDM OR B.E, B.Tech Experience: 2-5 years Salary: 5 6 LPA About the Role: We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis Wing, supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting operational and business data to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance across manufacturing plants. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (production, sales, supply chain, finance). Analyze plant operations, quality, and business performance data to identify trends and variances. Develop dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs for management review. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Work closely with business excellence, supply chain, finance, and plant teams. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data at all times. Candidate Profile: Graduate / Postgraduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or related field. 25 years experience in data analysis / MIS / business analytics, preferably in FMCG, agro, or process industries. Strong skills in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI / Tableau (or similar tools). Ability to present complex data in clear, actionable insights. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
