About the role
As a Lead Data Product Management Consultant at Wells Fargo, your role involves leading or participating in moderately complex data product initiatives and deliverables. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to driving data enablement and capabilities across multiple platforms and utilities. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing data product challenges, resolving issues, and ensuring data product solutions are built for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or participate in moderately complex data product initiatives and deliverables - Review and analyze data product challenges to drive data enablement strategies and roadmaps - Independently resolve data product issues and lead teams to meet deliverables - Collaborate with peers and colleagues to ensure optimal performance of data product solutions - Provide input on new use case intake, prioritization, and product roadmap definition - Manage datasets focusing on consumer needs and adhering to data governance standards - Create and maintain data product roadmaps and documentation throughout the life cycle - Serve as a liaison between data management, product teams, data engineering, and architecture teams Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of data product or data management experience - Equivalent demonstrated experience through work, training, military, or education Desired Qualifications: - 10+ years of data product or data management experience - Deep expertise in deposit servicing modernization and data provisioning - Proven delivery of large-scale deposits data integration and change management - Advanced SQL skill set and experience in data and business analysis - Ability to work across structured, unstructured, and cloud environments - Data mapping, curation expertise, and product management skills - Strong communication skills and experience with data governance and risk assessment - Preferred skills in Cloud Data Migration, Python, Tableau - Experience with core banking systems or deposit servicing systems and ADS/ODS implementation - Data Private Cloud (DPC) experience In addition to the job description, Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
