Role Overview: As a Technology Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo, your main responsibility will be to evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost-effective and meet business requirements. You will review and evaluate technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet-based solutions and present recommendations for resolving these issues. In this role, you will exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules. Additionally, you will provide information about communication between business and technology teams, work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and smooth execution of strategic initiatives. Furthermore, you will support leadership through prioritization of engagements, coordination of strategic meetings, and act as a strategic support partner by assisting in preparing insights, tracking key initiatives, and contributing to strategic problem-solving. Additionally, you will be involved in solution design and documentation, maintaining traceability between requirements and delivered functionality, acting as a bridge between product owners, operations, and technology teams, facilitating workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions, as well as communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
