The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable solutions that enhance field service operations and mobile workforce efficiency. Position: Salesforce FSL Tech Lead DeveloperExperience: 6-8 YearsPosition Type: Contract - Need Immediate JoinersLocation: Bangalore and Gurgaon Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.Customize FSL modules, including:Work OrdersService AppointmentsSchedulingDispatcher ConsoleDevelop scalable solutions using:ApexLightning Web Components (LWC)VisualforceCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Guide and mentor Salesforce developers.Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture, coding standards, security, and best practices.Manage integrations with Salesforce Clouds, ERP systems, and external applications.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and solution governance.Support releases, deployments, and production issue resolution.
