We're looking for ServiceNow ITAM expert with hands-on experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) Position: Contract Work Location: Bengaluru Experience: 6-8 years Required Skills: ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM Pro), CMDB & CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, Flow Designer & IntegrationHub, JavaScript / GlideScript, REST / SOAP APIs, SCCM / MECM & Microsoft Intune, ITIL-based Asset & Configuration Management Key Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow HAM & SAM Pro solutions.Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.Manage end-to-end hardware and software asset lifecycle processes.Perform software normalization, reconciliation, license compliance, and optimization.Integrate ServiceNow with CMDB, Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, REST APIs, and enterprise systems.Build dashboards, reports, and compliance metrics for IT Asset Management.Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Vendor Management, and IT Operations teams to ensure asset governance and compliance.
