Senior QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)

As an experienced QA Automation Engineer for a leading Banking & Financial Services client, your role will involve the following responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks. Additionally, you will build robust, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts. Your role will also require you to execute automated test suites and analyze failures to identify root causes. Collaboration with development and QA teams to improve product quality will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will work with version control systems such as Git and contribute to test strategy, automation best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks - Build robust, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts - Execute automated test suites and analyze failures to identify root causes - Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve product quality - Work with version control systems such as Git - Contribute to test strategy, automation best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives Qualification Required: - Minimum 79 years of hands-on software testing experience - Minimum 4 years of Automation Testing experience - Strong expertise in Playwright UI Automation - Solid experience with Selenium and Java - API Testing experience is an added advantage Additional Company Details: Candidates from Gurgaon are preferred for the open positions. The employment type is permanent with an immediate notice period requirement. In-person interviews are to be attended at Chennai, Bangalore, or Gurgaon offices.
