🚨 We’re Hiring | ArcGIS Analyst (Contract) 🚨 📍 Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – onsite 3 days/week; local candidates only) ⏳ Duration: 12 Months Contract 🎥 Interview Process: 2 rounds – 1 Virtual with CAI, 1 Virtual with Client

💼 Role Overview We are looking for an ArcGIS Analyst to join the application support team, supporting ESRI ArcGIS upgrades, cloud migration, and ongoing application support. This role requires strong hands-on experience with ArcGIS technologies and spatial data management.

🛠 Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and support GIS applications using ESRI ArcGIS • Manage and analyze spatial data, ensuring accuracy and quality • Support and maintain ArcGIS Server & geodatabase architectures • Develop GIS web applications using ArcPy, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ESRI JS API • Perform geoprocessing, mapping, and cartographic procedures • Integrate spatial and non-spatial data using SQL Server or Oracle • Plan, configure, and tune geodatabases for performance • Troubleshoot and resolve GIS application and service issues • Support ArcGIS upgrades and on-prem to AWS cloud migration • Create user documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams • Hands-on Shell scripting (Linux) • Fine-tune and resolve database performance issues

🎯 Required Skills • Strong experience with ESRI ArcGIS technology • Proficiency in ArcPy, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, ESRI JavaScript API • Experience managing and analyzing spatial data • Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle databases • Experience with geoprocessing, mapping, and cartography • Experience migrating ArcGIS to AWS or other cloud platforms • Strong Linux shell scripting skills

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with geodatabase management and performance tuning • Ability to design training materials and conduct GIS workshops
