Role:Solutions Architect

Location- 100% Remote Duration:12 months

solutions architect that can be a liaison between the dev teams and business teams. They want someone that has come from either Java or .Net Dev background but is not hands on developing now. They will need to be focused on setting up roadmaps for development and planning.

Broad understanding in solutions and building custom solutions Speak with the business and have general awareness. Background in Custom App development (Java or .Net), then moved up to an architect Experience with end-to-end Deep expertise of integrations User experience redesign with a good eye for it. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing the organization's IT architecture and systems. This individual will work closely with business leaders and IT teams to develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives. The Enterprise Architect will also be responsible for ensuring that all technology solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for technology innovation and process improvement • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team on architecture, design, and implementation best practices • Collaborate with the security team to ensure that all technology solutions are secure and compliant with regulatory requirements • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that can help the organization achieve its strategic objectives • Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including technology standards, reference architectures, and system blueprints • Provide guidance on technology procurement decisions, including vendor selection and contract negotiation • Ensure that all technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and efficient • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication • Lead architecture reviews and ensure that all technology solutions are in compliance with architecture standards • Create new architecture practice and governance as part of agile transformation aligned to the agile framework

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • 10+ years of experience in IT architecture and system design • Experience in Healthcare or Higher Education industry is strongly preferred • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, including service-oriented architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and related technologies is a plus • Experience with designing solution in one of the cloud platforms (GCP preferred) • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT initiatives • Experience in cloud computing, DevOps, and agile methodologies
