Cyber security analyst

Cyber security analyst 12 months Irving, TX – 1st pref. but Tampa, FL is an alternate (3 days onsite - Hybrid) Cyber Security Analyst with strong project management skills, vulnerability management, risk management, governance, regulatory and SharePoint (1-2 years) experience candidate. Not looking for Engineers, finance/banking background would be a great Responsibilities: • Aide in managing a new process for tracking risk acceptance documentation for vulnerabilities • Generate reports based on data from risk treatment process. • Perform basic quality control checks against documentation provided • Implement identified process improvements. • Support the GEM Operations Lead with ad-hoc requests Qualifications: • 5+ years in cyber security or risk management functions • Strong project management skills. • Experienced with SharePoint and managing workflows within SharePoint • Advanced in Excel • Strong communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong work ethic and a proactive mindset with ability to think outside of the box to solve problems. • Experience in automation and optimization of repetitive processes and reporting. Education: • Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
