About the role
Role:Generative AI Developer
Location:REMOTE Duration:6+ months ongoing as long as resource continues to perform at the expected level or above
Responsibilities
· Build on top of existing base generative models or fine-tune base model using various techniques · Develop and implement guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, and other security vulnerabilities. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative AI solutions. · Conduct research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply them to real-world problems. · Evaluate and improve the performance of generative models through rigorous testing and experimentation. · Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus. · Extensive experience in building on top of existing generative models and fine-tuning them using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SageMaker, etc... · Strong understanding of generative AI techniques. · Proficiency in Python, with extensive experience in libraries such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, and others. · Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and large language models (e.g., GPT-4, BERT). · Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). · Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. · Demonstrated experience in implementing security measures in AI models and ensuring compliance with security best practices. · Experience in developing guardrails for custom LLMs to prevent LLM misuse.
