Role- Security Network Engineer Duration- 6 Months Location- Remote Required Skills Expert Zscaler experience Experience setting up, configuring, and running an ITIL service Expert at technical documentation Knowledge of existing technologies that will be impacted by this initiative Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) ServiceNow Job Description This resource will be accountable for setting up the ZScaler ZIA commercial service tenant for endpoint Internet egress from PCs to M365 and internet as part of org's separation. Typical activities will include: Service leader for Zscaler commercial tenant Monitoring MSP SLA levels Debug issues that are not covered by MSP Interface with end users to ensure quality level Act as bridge between service ops teams and end-user Business analyst functions (roadmapping new features, etc.) Basic Qualifications: Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Expert problem decomposition skills Expert influencing skills Expert people skills Experience with Zscaler Experience with ServiceNow Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Service Owner or equivalent Managed Service Provider experience Desired Qualifications: Expert Zscaler experience Experience setting up, configuring, and running an ITIL service Expert at technical documentation Knowledge of existing technologies that will be impacted by this initiative Zscaler (ZIA / ZPA) ServiceNow -- ---- Thanks & Regards, Tejash - Technical Recruiter Thought wave Software and Solutions 314 N.
