ZSCALER ENGINEER

Role: Zscaler Engineer

Duration: 3 months Location: Remote Visa: W2 role Rate: $40-45/hr on w2

Job Description : • ZScaler Support Analyst/Engineer o Hands-on experience working within the different ZScaler consoles including, but not limited to, user management, policy management, monitoring, connector client deployment, and URL filtering. o Experience troubleshooting ZScaler Connector Client issues. o Experience in building and managing integrations/automations leveraging JavaScript, Python, standard APIs in the industry, etc. This role will work extensively in integrating with ZScaler under direction from the primary stakeholders. o Experience with no-code automation/integration platforms like Tines. o Ability to document work product, processes, architecture diagrams effectively to pass potential audits.

Basic Qualifications: • Communication Skills o Ability to work independently and communicate the technical and security-related issues to client / business stakeholders. o Ability to communicate in an organized and knowledgeable manner in both written and verbal formats. This includes delivering clear requests for information to users and communicating technical information to non-technical audiences. o Ability to communicate consistently and drive objectives, relying on fact-based decisions about risk that improve the trade-off between risk mitigation and business performance. o Good presentation, project management, facilitation, and delivery skills. o Ability to create documentation of work and present to management. • Networking / Security Skills o Understand various system/networking integrations with single sign-on (“SSO”), Active Directory (“AD”), proxies, cloud API’s, tunneling, VM’s and firewalls. o Ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions to complex issues, which may include, but are not limited to: Network architecture, proxy configurations, security, performance, and infrastructure. o Deep understanding of cloud technologies and cloud-based solutions. • Strong Critical Thinking Skills o Ability to identify and analyze current processes including bottlenecks, concerns, etc. and then act upon them and effectively justify those actions. o Ability to identify future roadblocks and promote data-based problem solving. o Ability to assess and prioritize problems in relation to organizational goals. o Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Additional Skills o Ability to create domain-specific training content for new ZScaler issues and solutions and deliver training effectively. o Strong understanding of privacy, security, and other regulations that are applicable to GEA. o Ability to remain flexible in a demanding work environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. o Strong skills in time management, prioritization, and attention to detail. o Possess a high level of integrity and ethics.

Desired Qualifications: • Certifications in the following or similar are considered nice to have: o ZScaler Internet Access o ZScaler Private Access o IDP/Azure AD • Knowledge of existing technologies that will be impacted by this initiative: o ZScaler o Integrations / Automations (Tines) o Windows, MacOS, iOS, Unix, AWS, Azure
